Sunday Obaje is an accomplished entrepreneur, economist, certified real estate professional, and visionary business leader with extensive experience spanning banking, investment, real estate, and enterprise development. As the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Chalcedony Group, he provides strategic leadership that drives innovation, sustainable growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation across the Group's diverse business portfolio.

Holding both Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the University of Abuja, Mr. Obaje combines strong academic expertise with practical business experience to deliver innovative investment solutions and premium real estate developments.
